Diana Hopeson - Visionary Leader, Industry Pioneer & Impact-Driven CEO

Beyond her influence in music, Diana is a respected voice in counseling,
conflict resolution, and leadership development. She serves as the
Deputy Director of the Center for Peace and Reconciliation (CPR), an
organization she co-founded with her husband, Dr. Emmanuel Hopeson.
Through CPR, she has led initiatives in professional counseling, dispute
resolution, and life management services, impacting countless lives
across Ghana and beyond. Her deep commitment to social transformation
continues to drive her work in advocacy and mentorship.
Diana's impact extends across multiple leadership platforms. She is the
only woman to have served as President of the Musicians Union of Ghana
(MUSIGA), a founding member of the Christian Music Association of Ghana
(CMAG) and Women in Gospel Music (WIGM), and a former board member of
key institutions like the Ghana Music Rights Owners Organization
(GHAMRO), the National Theatre of Ghana, and the National Intellectual
Property Policy Committee. She has also been a longstanding consultant
and advisor for major music awards, including the Vodafone Ghana Music
Awards and the 3Music Awards, ensuring industry growth and transparency.
Diana's trailblazing contributions have earned her national and
international recognition. In 2007, she was honored with the Grand Medal
National Honors Award by His Excellency President John Agyekum Kufuor.
More recently, the 3Music Awards 2021 recognized her as an Outstanding
Woman in Ghana's Music Industry, and she received the Female Music Icon
Award 2021 from the GACA Women of Excellence Awards. As a sought-after
conference speaker, arts catalyst, and policy advocate, she continues to
inspire the next generation of artists, entrepreneurs, and industry
leaders.
